Lately, I have been way too involved in online communities. This has brought me much unneeded stress that I could have done without in my life. The drama that pushed me over the edge was the Yak VS. Coolit Cry cast. I fully respect Ryan’s decision not to release this cast. He is a friend and my major influence for starting this site. Let’s face it, it got very ugly and we stayed away completely from gaming. While it was very therapeutic, some things are not meant for everyone to hear. I am going to take a much needed break from online communities, message boards, listening to podcasts and podcasting. I have lost focus on the fun of gaming. It’s all about playing the games that you enjoy with friends online. I am going back to those roots. It could be a few weeks, months, not sure at this point. When I do come back, I will be refocused and ready to talk online gaming.
